Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your NICHÉI purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please read the details below:
Return Eligibility
• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
• Sale items and final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
SHIPPING COSTS and any Import duties and taxes ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
How to Return Your Item

2. Pack Your Return:
Carefully package the item(s) in the original box or any secure packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Please include the completed return form with your order details.
3. Ship Your Return:
Once you’ve contacted us, we will provide you with a return shipping label and further instructions. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is defective or we made an error in your order.
4. Processing the Return:

Exchanges
